Lawrence M. Brown is the owner and principal consultant of Cypress Productivity Systems, which he has maintained since its inception in 1995. Mr. Brown is also President and Chief Executive Officer of Imaging Options, Inc., a consulting and boutique web hosting company based in the Los Angeles area. Imaging Options owns and operates the eFamilyVault home inventory service.

Mr. Brown is also a minority partner with Fastran, LLC, a cash access service based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior to the establishment of Imaging Options, Mr. Brown was Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Electronic Clearing House, Inc. (ECHO), a major transaction processor offering services in credit card, debit card, electronic checking, and inventory processing, and now a subsidiary of Intuit, Inc. Mr. Brown has continued as a consultant to ECHO and its customers. Prior to joining ECHO, Mr. Brown held a variety of increasingly responsible positions within UNISYS Corporation. He was Director of Information Systems for North Carolina Federal Savings & Loan and Manager of Systems Engineering for Florida National Banks of Florida, Inc.
